Katerina Giota is a volleyball champion and is a member of the national team.
She tells us what life is like on the field.
"I try never to show my negative emotions on the field."
Volleyball is a team sport, so at every moment of the match it is important to show confidence and composure no matter what is happening next to you as it can affect your teammate.
But that ends with the referee's final whistle. I have broken out emotionally on the pitch, both from the joy of a victory and after difficult moments.
There are two characteristic moments that have remained etched in my mind.
The first is after winning the challenge cup with my team, where the joy was so great that it was simply impossible to stay calm.
The other was in a Greek Cup final where, after my serious injury midway through the game, I had to be strong for my team until the end of the game and essentially keep all the pain and anguish inside me."
