RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

• You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 days from the date you receive it.

• For shipments within Greece, the return is made via Acs Courier or Elta Courier or AIOLOS COURIER (for shipments within Attica) at the expense of “BAYA”. If the return is made with another courier company, the return cost is borne by the customer.

 To exercise your right of withdrawal/ refund , you will need to fill in a note with your full name, your IBAN, the bank to which you want the refund to be made, as well as the name of the beneficiary if it is different from your name. You will put the note in the parcel and send it to our headquarters at our own shipping costs.

• Requests for exchange or return of products after the period of 14 full days are accepted only in the case of defective products in accordance with Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

2. Terms and conditions for the validity of product exchange or return

Return of the entire product
The right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) concerns the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product (e.g. on accessories of the product).

 Status of returned products
The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer's expense.

You are required to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without any damage to the packaging and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail sales receipt.

3. Change process

In case you wish to change and replace the product instead of a refund (e.g. you changed your mind, you want a different size or color, you want another product) you can request this within 15 calendar days a) either by sending an email to our email address baya@baya.gr, b) or by calling the e-shop's Customer Service Department at 213 0460 935 .

II. Whichever way you choose to contact us, in order for us to be able to immediately replace your product, you must provide us with your order number as well as the code of the product you will replace and the code of the product you wish to receive.

III. Following your contact with us, an informational email will be sent to the email address you have provided us with the order details regarding the change of your product.

IV. We will resend you the package with the new product you desire and when you receive the new package, you will give the courier the old one.

PRICE DIFFERENCE

VI. In the event that the new product you have chosen is of greater value than the one you are requesting to be replaced, you will be asked to pay the difference before the new product is shipped to complete the shipment, for which amount the legal receipt will be sent to you.

VII. In the event that the new product you have chosen is of lesser value than the one you are requesting to be replaced, the difference will be refunded to you via bank deposit that you provide to us.

For shipments within Greece, the return is FREE for you, through the company ACS COURIER, Aeolos Courier or Elta Courier, charged by “BAYA”.

If the return is made with another courier company, the return cost is borne by the customer.

From the moment the product leaves you, “BAYA” receives it within 1-2 business days.

In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us.

After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how to process it.

Depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method by which the refund will be made, Your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products.

“BAYA”, wanting to offer you the best possible service, gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by completing the relevant contact form.

CHARGING AND SHIPPING METHOD

- For shipments within Greece, the return of the product and the shipment of the new product are FREE for you, through the company ACSCourier, Aeolos Courier or ELTA courier, at baya.gr's expense.

-For shipments outside Greece, please contact us to inform you of the charges.

-If the return is made with another courier company, the return cost is borne by the customer.

– From the moment we receive the product, we will send you the new product within 8 days.

-In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us.

B. Returns of products outside Greece and refunds

To exercise the right of withdrawal and return of products for any reason you wish, within 14 days of receipt, you are required to contact us via email: baya@baya.gr or by phone 213 0460 935 to inform you about return methods.

The return will only be accepted after approval by the company.

In case the reason for return concerns an error on the part of the company , “BAYA” undertakes to resend a courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at our own expense.

In case you wish the return of the order without the company's fault, then the shipping costs are borne by you, the consumer.

From the moment the product leaves you, “BAYA” receives it within 3-5 business days for returns from abroad via DHL Courier.

In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how it will be processed.

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method by which the return will be made, Your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products.
