• Fill out the special order form with the necessary information to complete your order.

E. PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience and immediate service, baya.gr offers the following alternative payment methods:

• X credit card charge.

All credit, debit and prepaid cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners are accepted, as well as the use of the Masterpass e-wallet.
**Masterpass is a new service from Mastercard that does not require any additional implementation other than displaying the logo on your page. For more information about the service, you can either visit its page Alpha Bank either visit the official page of the service .

Your credit card will be charged on the day the product shipping process begins.

The www.baya.gr has taken all necessary measures to secure your transactions via your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

In addition, for any order via credit or debit card whose amount exceeds the limit set by BAYA equal to two hundred and fifty euros (250.00 euros), you will be asked to send us an identity card and proof of your residence via fax, email or mail.

F. SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Product delivery – Sending documents

1. ORDERS REGISTRATION

Orders placed by 12:30 (Greece time) are processed by us on the same day, while orders placed after this time are processed the next day.

Any orders placed on Friday after 12:30 (Greece time) and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday.

BAYA ships your order to the address you have provided us with as your delivery address.

You will also be provided with a copy of the sales invoice/receipt and the shipping note. Deliveries will be made with the legal document, with the recipient's signature on the relevant documents.

A. SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE

Product deliveries are made throughout Greece through the company ACS Courier or ELTA Courier within 2-3 working days. Product deliveries within Attica are made through the company AIOLOS COURIER within 1-2 working days. For orders over 30€, shipping costs are free . Otherwise, there is a cost of 3.5€.

B. MISSIONS TO CYPRUS

Product deliveries are made via ACS Courier within 2-3 working days and shipping costs are 15€.

For purchases over € 150 the transportation cost is free

C. MISSIONS OUTSIDE GREECE AND CYPRUS

Product deliveries are made through DHL Courier.

For purchases over € 200 the transportation cost is free .

For purchases under € 200 The shipping charge is:

Europe:

EXPRESS: €30.00 within 2-3 business days

ECONOMY: €20.00 within 5-8 working days

International:

EXPRESS: €30.00 within 3-4 business days

ECONOMY : €20.00 within 8-10 working days

2. DELIVERY DELAYS

G. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

• You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 days from the date you receive it.
• For shipments within Greece, the return is made via ACS or ELTA courier at the expense of “BAYA”. If the return is made with another courier company, the return cost is borne by the customer.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to contact us via email: baya@baya.gr or by phone at 210-5314648 so that we can inform you about the return methods.
• Requests for exchange or return of products after the period of 14 full days are accepted only in the case of defective products in accordance with Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

2. Terms and conditions for the validity of product exchange or return

• Return of the entire product
  The right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) concerns the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product (e.g. on accessories of the product).
• Status of returned products
  The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer's expense.

You are required to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, without any damage to its packaging and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt, at the same time as submitting the withdrawal declaration. The return will be accepted only after approval by the company.

3. Return of products to BAYA

For shipments within Greece The return is FREE for you, through the company ACS COURIER or ELTA courier , charged by “BAYA”.

If the return is made with another courier company, the return cost is borne by the customer.

From the moment the product leaves you, “BAYA” receives it within 1-2 business days.

In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us.

After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how to process it.

Depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method by which the refund will be made, Your refund will be completed within 15 days. from the date we receive the products.

“BAYA”, wanting to offer you the best possible service, gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by completing the relevant contact form.

B. Returns of products outside Greece and refunds

To exercise the right of withdrawal and return of products for any reason you wish, within 14 days of receipt, you are required to contact us via email: baya@baya.gr or by phone 210-5314648 to inform you about return methods.

The return will only be accepted after approval by the company.

In case the reason for return concerns a company error , “BAYA” is committed to resending the courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order. at our own expense .

In the event that you wish to return the order without the company being at fault, then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how it will be processed.

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method by which the return will be made, Your refund will be completed within 15 days. from the date we receive the products.

H. RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT

1. PRODUCT CHANGES/REPLACEMENT

A. CHANGE PROCEDURE

I. In case you wish to exchange and replace the product instead of a refund (e.g. you changed your mind, you want a different size or color, you want another product) you can request this within 14 calendar days a) either by sending an email to our email address baya@baya.gr, b) or by calling the e-shop's Customer Service Department at 210-5314648.

II. Whichever way you choose to contact us, in order for us to be able to immediately replace your product, you must provide us with the i) code of the product you will replace and ii) the code of the product you wish to receive.

III. Following your contact with us, an informational email will be sent to the email address you have provided us with the order details regarding the change of your product.

IV. If the product you want is available, you must return the product to be replaced to us at the address “BAYA”

B. CHARGING AND SHIPPING METHOD

V. – For shipments within Greece The return of the product and the shipment of the new product is FREE for you, through the company ACS, at the expense of “ BAYA ”.

-For shipments outside Greece, please contact us to inform you of the charges.

-If the return is made with another courier company, the return cost is borne by the customer.

– Upon receipt of the product, BAYA will send you the new product within 8 days.

-In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us.

C. PRICE DIFFERENCE

VI. In the event that the new product you have chosen is of greater value than the one you are requesting to be replaced, you will be asked to pay the difference before the new product is shipped to complete the shipment, for which amount the legal receipt will be sent to you.

VII. In the event that the new product you have chosen is of lesser value than the one you are requesting to be replaced, the difference will be issued to you in the form of a credit voucher in your name (which you can use for 12 months from its issuance).

C. UNAVAILABLE DESIRED PRODUCT

VII. In the event that there is no product availability for exchange, you will proceed with the withdrawal and refund request.

a) Credit: Credit of the value of the product you returned in order to use it on your next purchase. The credit will be made within three days from the date of receipt of the products at our warehouses (select Credit on the Return Form),

b) Refund: If the delivery has been made within Greece, your money will be refunded to the bank account you will declare to us, whether the payment has been made by cash on delivery, PayPal or credit card within 15 days from the date we receive the product you returned to us. If the delivery has been made outside Greece, your money will be refunded to the bank account you will declare to us when it comes to cash on delivery or to the Paypal account from which the payment was made or to the credit card with which you made the payment within 15 days from the date we receive the product you returned to us.

I. DETAILED RETURN GUIDE

1. A necessary condition is that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it, along with the retail receipt and including the product's special markings (tags).
2. The item you are returning must be accompanied by the completed "return form" that will be sent to you by email after our mandatory communication within the exclusive period of fourteen (14) days.

• To avoid any inconvenience to you, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects.
• In the event that a defect is found during quality control of the returned product, a representative of our company will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

3. Conditions for returning products

• In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, baya.gr is entitled either (a) to consider that the right to change or return was not validly exercised and therefore not to accept the return or exchange of the product or (b) (especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, that have been worn or used) to accept the change or return and at the same time claim compensation from the Customer for the value of the defects of the returned product.

4. Refund

• Once BAYA receives a return or exchange request and provided the above conditions are met, it will credit your credit card with the relevant amount. It usually takes 15 business days to process the request and make the credit entry.
• Once the return/exchange request has been fully processed, you will be notified by us.
• In the case provided above that baya.gr is entitled to compensation for defects in the returned products, it will have the right to offset the relevant amount of the claimed compensation with the price to be refunded.

The prices listed on the website are in euros and include all taxes (24% VAT), except for shipping costs. Shipping costs for shipments abroad are borne by the Customer and appear during the order process, while they are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. The www.baya.gr reserves the right to modify the prices of the products on its website at any time. However, it undertakes to apply the prices listed on the website at the time of your order.

Please note that we execute your order according to our available stocks and that the stated product availabilities are indicative and not binding. In the event that any of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you via email within 2 business days from the date of the order, informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you or of the possible complete shortage of the specific product.

7. CURRENT CONSUMER PROTECTION PROVISIONS

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

You have the possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, provided that you are legally competent in accordance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (provided that you have reached the age of eighteen and are not under legal guardianship regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by legally incapable persons.

8. Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to inform us if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. “VAYA” bears no responsibility for any situation you create through no fault of its own and will do everything humanly possible to best serve you.
