For the recipe we will need:

One tablespoon 2% plain yogurt
150 g almond soy milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
One vanilla
Cinnamon
Honey, tahini
Strawberries, bananas

Implementation:
Put the liquid ingredients in a bowl first, then add the solids and mix with a whisk until smooth.
