I'm sharing with you one of the green smoothies I make. I really like this smoothie because it brings the smells of the countryside to my kitchen. As always, I look forward to your impressions and variations!
For the recipe we will need:
A few spinach leaves
Half a cucumber
1 pear
1/2 sour apple
1 avocado
A piece of ginger (of course!)
Juice of half a lemon
Celery water*

Implementation:
I put it all together in the multi and puree it.

*For celery water, I put celery in filtered water and let it sit for a few hours. Then I remove the celery and put the water in the refrigerator and use it in green smoothies or drink it on its own in the morning.
