How to make brownies at home

Karate champion Vicky Panetsidou makes us sugar-free brownies with just 5 ingredients.

For the recipe we will need:
  • 200g couverture
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g butter (coconut)
  • 100g almond (powder)
  • 50g cocoa
 

Implementation:

Melt the couverture in a bain-marie while in a bowl you have mixed all the other ingredients. Then pour the melted couverture and mix well. Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20'. Once cooled, unmold and refrigerate for 2 hours. *You can accompany with cold milk or a drink of your choice.
