Katerina is one of the most valuable champions of the Greek volleyball championship. She is a member of the national team, at Olympiacos, and her distinctions both on an individual and team level can hardly be counted on two hands.

How often do you train?

Volleyball is a team sport that requires daily and sometimes 2-day workouts. 2-3 times a week I train in the gym doing weights. My week is completed with 5-7 2-hour workouts on the court with a ball.

What are the requirements for the sport of volleyball?

Our sport is mainly about jumping and quick movements of short duration. It is important for me to have ease of movement and to absorb sweat. To feel comfortable but protected from contact with the ground.
