As a sport it involves more internal pressure for the athlete, as he is alone. It combines strategy, tactics and requires very high technique. Kick-boxing requires very high concentration and the ability to release as much energy as is required at the right time.

Training requires strength (explosiveness), anaerobic-lactic (speed), anaerobic-lactic (sustained speed), anaerobic-aerobic (semi-endurance) and aerobic (endurance) exercises. The most important thing for proper results is that the skin can breathe and sweat is removed.
