Karate champion Vicky Panetsidou shows us the recipe for a delicious cake without a mixer.
For the recipe we will need:
- 120g self-rising flour (preferably wholemeal)
- 30g cocoa (powder)
- 130g brown sugar
- 180 ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp 2% yogurt
- 60g peanut butter or tahini
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract

Implementation:
Preheat the oven to 180°.
In a bowl, add the flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and baking soda and mix well.
In another bowl, add the yogurt, peanut butter or tahini, vanilla, and water and mix.
We pour our liquid mixture into the solid and mix so that our ingredients are homogenized.
Pour our mixture into a silicone mold or baking pan.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
