How to quickly make your own homemade bread

Karate champion Vicky Panetsidou shows us an easy and quick recipe for homemade and fluffy wholemeal bread that can accompany all your meals!

For the recipe we will need:

▪️1 kg whole wheat flour from durum wheat (zea)

▪️1 sachet of yeast (preferably organic)

▪️1 tsp salt (if desired)

▪️1 tsp honey

▪️750-900ml lukewarm water or as much as you need

Implementation:

Mix the flour with the yeast well, add the remaining ingredients and finally the water little by little to make a dough.

*We do not add any more flour. The dough may stick to your hands, but that's okay.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and place in baking pans.

Leave covered for 2 hours at room temperature and then place the molds in the oven, turn on the heat to 190° and bake for 45 minutes.
