For the recipe we will need:
•200g dates·100g hazelnuts
•2 tbsp cocoa
•1 tbsp peanut butter
•1 tbsp honey
•1 tbsp oats
Implementation:
Soak the dates for 15 minutes. Then add them to the blender/mixer with the rest of the ingredients.
