How to make energy balls with dates

Personal trainer, yoga & pilates instructor, Monika Kwiecen shows us how to make them easily, quickly with just a few ingredients at home. You'll love them!

For the recipe we will need:

•200g dates
·100g hazelnuts
•2 tbsp cocoa
•1 tbsp peanut butter
•1 tbsp honey
•1 tbsp oats

Implementation:

Soak the dates for 15 minutes. Then add them to the blender/mixer with the rest of the ingredients.
We shape the energy balls. Ready!


Ps: We keep them in our fridge.
Ps2: We crush the hazelnuts separately
